This game opened as UW -26 and is now at -17. Maybe a ton of people like Oregon, but that would lead me to believe that Herbert is playing Saturday.

Hard to see us losing in uniforms that awesome!
Seriously, though, is Herbert playing??? I just have this feeling that if he does, we'll win.

But . . . how can we believe you when you thought we'd lose last week with Burmeister? . . . Where's that dadblame credibility? . . .

Except we already lost this season in the exact same uniform combo, at ASU in Week 4:pezsez1 wrote:Hard to see us losing in uniforms that awesome!

Fair point. But . . . how can we believe you when you thought we'd lose last week with Burmeister? . . . Where's that dadblame credibility?
But I just have this feeling! And maybe it's because the sum of our parts were actually able to win with Burmeister.

UW is 2nd in the nation in total defense and only gives up 12 points per game. It's also supposed to be 35 and rainy all night long. We are going to need to contain Dante Pettis and grind it out. I think the game may play out similarly to the UW ASU game.

They gave up 24 to UCLA, which was without Rosen for a majority of the game(and actually got a concussion on the second drive of the game, but continued to play until the second half.). In fact Utah had more yards and points vs UCLA than UW had, and held them to less points. I know it doesn't mean a lot, but it's something.lukeyrid13 wrote:UW is 2nd in the nation in total defense and only gives up 12 points per game. It's also supposed to be 35 and rainy all night long. Good enough. And obviously all Duck fans hope you're correct.pezsez1 wrote:Fair point. But . . . how can we believe you when you thought we'd lose last week with Burmeister? . . . Where's that dadblame credibility?
