Re: Jabari Brown to Missouri
People are saying he "committed" to Mizzou, shouldn't it be "quitted"?

Re: Jabari Brown to Missouri
No doubt..... ......not a lot different from when Johnny De Rocher left the football team....Don't let the door hit ya on the ass on your way out......Sorry, but I just don't have a lot of respect for a college athlete that ups and quits, no matter how good they are or how good they think they are.....dthomas=ddixon wrote:People are saying he "committed" to Mizzou, shouldn't it be "quitted"?

If Jabari had decided to leave after the season then I wouldn't be that irritated with him, but this whole situation was handled poorly by him.
Going to miss the Maehl Man

Now confirmed by ESPN who talked to Jabari's mother.

Still think he'll wash out there as well since that seems to be the pattern with him. I really want to know what went on with him and Altman that made him transfer.

Re: Jabari Brown to Missouri
Frank Haith better hand Jabari the starting 2 job (despite whether he earns it or not) or else...he might transfer again.
“If everybody in this room just want to be real with themselves, this game could have went either way,” he said. “We turned the ball over a lot. We beat ourself. Just be real with yourself right now. We beat ourself.”

Re: Jabari Brown to Missouri
Altman probably told him...hey listen I know you are a superstar world class 5 star...but you have to practice. You have to buy into what the team is doing. This isnt all about you. Brown probably didnt like that...and..quit. Just a guess...but this might be the quickest transfer...ever.
