I guess we got a little spoiled by Keudell's nice run. Beavers up 6-3 now.

Housey not sharp either. HBP forces another run, 7-3.

Man this isn't the same team we've been watching this year.

Hopefully Reed can pitch well tomorrow and Oregon can get some more timely hitting than tonight.

Ducks lose 7-3. Oregon pitchers give up 8 walks, 2 HBPs. That's too many free passes for one game.

Re: Oregon @ Oregon State (3 game weekend series)
everyone is allowed one bad start per season, just too bad keudell's came tonight
rough game. anti-clutch bats, our arms just couldn't wrap their head around a fairly restrictive k zone. osu adjusted much better.
it'll be interesting to see just how long a leash reed and gold are given tomorrow and sunday. thorpe dominated the beavs a few weeks back, and sherfy is fully capable of going 5 innings on a whim. if our starters struggle, horton has options.

The loss may be just what this team needed. They were flying really high. Time to get grounded again, refocus and start another streak.
