Re: #22 Cincy vs Oregon
This game simply came down to who could make shots and who couldn't. Cincinnati was making long shots that they probably don't usually make, and Oregon, especially Singler, shot way worse than they usually do. If these two teams meet in the tourney, I'm confident Oregon wins. Woods needs to stop fouling like crazy, and both he and Austin need to either finish strong, or not shoot at all if they're taking an out of control shot. Those two big men have been very disappointing in this tournament, Ben Carter has been the best big on the team.

i think they said cinci led the big east in 3-pt shooting last year. that's their game. smothering defense, incredible activity on the boards, and deep ball shooting. kind of like ernie kent ball, only with the defense and rebounding.
austin has no plan when he gets the ball down low. some posts don't. woods really didn't last year. doesn't mean he can't learn. but it's like he loses track of where the rim is once he's fed. uncomfortable to watch.
cinci was really good. still a great weekend. @ unlv is the kind of win you need when the ncaa starts looking over resumes.

Thanks for posting a thread, 07.
Great job by the Ducks to fight back and actually take the lead. Terrible shooting by the Ducks though.
