Re: Looks like Fred Richardson is transferring
Back down to 11 scholarship players after him and Keumper transferring now. Likely saw his PT getting cut with Cook and Abdul-Bassit coming in and also maybe a little homesick. Altman just cannot keep his recruited FR in school. The entire 2011 class is gone and now 2 members from 2012 are gone. Every year, Altman replaces half of the team. This coming year is no different, as will next season. He's got to stabilize this sooner or later. Means there are probably now 5 scholarships for next season open.

Yeah the scholarship issue needs to be stabilized eventually. Can't keep getting bailed out by JCs or senior transfers... or can we?greenyellow wrote:Back down to 11 scholarship players after him and Keumper transferring now. It amazes me how quickly kids transfer these days. If you put in the time & pay your dues it will pay off, in any area of life.

Lol not quite the same "one and done" players, but I like where your heart's at.duck92 wrote:Yes. Let's be the west coast version of Kentucky

It's kind of how CBB feels nowadays. Seems like players are so impatient now.UOducksTK1 wrote:Lol not quite the same "one and done" players, but I like where your heart's at.duck92 wrote:Yes. Let's be the west coast version of Kentucky

i liked richardson. i thought he might be a slow developer, ie the reason he didn't contribute much out of the gates, but he had a smooth shot and looked halfway competent athletically.

He must have left after winter term. It doesn't sound like he was in school for spring

Disappointing but it sounds like he wanted to be closer to home
