the new pitchers are even better than advertised, and they certainly had a lot of praise coming in.

Now ranked #1

Lots of top 25 wins recently. However, there's a lot of highly ranked teams in the Pac-12 left to play, which will be a good test for this team.

The Ducks with a 4-0 victory over #21 ranked Arizona State. These freshman pitchers are just dominating the competition thus far...hopefully it continues.

Now 32-0 after another win vs ASU. Perhaps some of the rest of you have noticed that if "form holds" and the Ducks are able to beat ASU again today and then beat Portland State twice (all at Jane Sanders Stadium), that would make them 35-0, tying the all-time record start to a softball season, which is held by UCLA -- which is where that following game, to break the record under this scenario, is scheduled. UCLA is currently ranked #14.
