Apparently it might not happen because ESPN isn't full prepared for it. So either he decides without ESPN (unlikely), or he announces on ESPN at a later date.

With Miles Bridges likely returning to Michigan State, they likely don't have room for McCoy now. Of the schools he's considering, only Oregon and Arizona would have the necessary room. Considering he's good friends with Troy Brown, I like Oregon's chances. Seems the biggest thing he wants to do for commitment announcement is a video similar to Troy Brown's on Bleacher Report so that's the main hold up.

If he doesn't commit today, then I would say that Oregon is not in good shape. Now that Oregon has open spots, continuing to hold means he is still evaluating MSU.
