In all fairness to TX, the barbecue is good. Mexican food too. If Texas didn't have black folks and Mexicans and those redneck hippies from Hill Country, the entire state would be unbearable.

You Cajuns got all that culture mixing and great food to redeem you. Unique culture. Plus, y'all don't let religion get in the way of a good time. Some good folks over there. But what do I know, I was raised North of I-10.

PS. Texas/Texans, you got some good folks too. Just messing. I'm sure there's some reason or another to like Waco too. I do like those kolaches you can get down there.
