If Herbert isn't healthy by the time this game comes around, and penalties are still an issue... AZ has a pretty good chance at a win. Tate was the backup against Colorado, but it is safe to say he is now the starter after the NCAA record he set:

I watched that game and he appeared to be made of teflon when it came to tacklers. They just couldn't hold onto him. Watching the poor tackling/pursuit angles on some of the plays against WSU makes me think it could be a long night watching Tate and Love gallop along.

Thankfully, there were lots of good defensive plays by the D too. Hopefully that is what we will see this Saturday.

Tate has another monster game in a 47-30 win over UCLA...

Over 600 rushing yards and 6 rushing touchdowns in two games. Not bad.

4th straight week. That's never been done before. Safe to say he is easily one of the top 5 quarterbacks and play makers in the entire nation.

Nah, cheap knock offs, though for the WSU game JJ Taylor did a good Slaton impersonation.

Actually, 4 games is a ridiculously small sample but at this point the Arizona's offense under Tate is scoring at 10 points per game better than White's best year (w/Slaton and Devine) and 20 points per game better than White's Senior year. Hopefully it's a flash in the pan that fizzles before his 7th start.

I don’t think 4 games is a small sample and this is not a fluke. If it was that easy, many would have done what he did. Instead he’s the first.

Yeah, I suspect it's not a fluke, but i'm hoping!
