Knew WSU couldn't keep it going as they're always bound to have a couple bad games a year. Tonight was one of those. Too bad this didn't happen against Oregon.

Very humbling game for Oregon with WSU losing so bad. But at the same time we beat Cal so what a great game for Oregon’s confidence. I’m so confused.

Coogs gonna coog. Transitive property as it relates to college football scores and ability of teams...coogin it. There's hope for this team. As long as our defense keeps playing like their hair is on fire and we get some turnovers or a special teams play or two we might just surprise some people too.

GO DUCKS!

You can definitely feel for WSU fans given the lack of success they've had since the early 2000s, but at the same time it's hard not to feel a little bit like they deserved it given the abomination we had to watch last week.

Also lol yes, the transitive property applied to these three teams now approximates one of those weird infinite staircase optical illusions in an M.C. Escher painting.

I started to feel bad for them tonight. Why you may ask? Well, my father (RIP Pops, I love you) has/had two degrees (MBA/Engineering) from WSU, my Momma went there and my Uncle was a stud NCAA Track Champion multiple times for them.

However, the Cougs tend to get over their skis whenever they get the least bit of success and become this weird super obnoxious combo of [we Duck Fans at our worst] + [Fusky Fans at their usual] x 1,000 obnoxious = WSU Cougars when they win.

Then, they inevitably Coug' it and retreat to their rightful place in the Pac 8/10/12 heirarchy.

One wonders how Karma would treat them if they would all just STFU and enjoy the ride.

On the plus side, watching The Pirate's post-game presser tonight was GOLD. No one was safe.

I really can’t understand how anyone would want to play for Mike Leach.

Teams still prepare extra hard for us.......... refs included. We probably could have won if we had a healthy Herbert :'(

I don't think he said anything too crazy. The last thing you want in a coach is a nice guy.
