Sounds like there's a chance he actually signed his LOI already and could announce the next couple days. Also, notice Kentucky recently offered 7 foot center Moses Brown, which makes me wonder if that's due to Bol Bol being a heavy Duck lean:

Could be Altman locked him up already. Richardson had already signed his LOI too.
