You should have heard him on Wrighster's YT channel. He knocked Helf a few times for the way he ran the program.

Lol, yet Tua graduated 6 months early to get into Bama. Good job Helf.

Pretty good video overall but I believe it's around the 33-34 minute mark where he discusses the difference between Chip and Helf.

That was interesting. Pharoah seems to be contradicting himself a bit saying people were afraid to go into Chip's office because there were consequences, but really it seemed like the team bristled against Helfrich actually trying to impose consequences. It's absolutely safe to say whatever approach Helfrich was trying to take did not work, but it seems there was a disappointing lack of accountability and leadership among the senior players as well.

Some people demand respect...others don't.

Tua just threw a game-winning 40 yard TD in OT to win a title. Hard to watch that one.

Gah, that was hard to watch. Crazy that Helfrich screwed up that recruitment (or failed to even recruit him).

Imagine having Tua as our backup last season instead of Braxton Burmeister?

Tua is Russell Wilson 2.0
He will have an awesome career at Bama and he seems like a great kid. There are a multitude of reasons why Helf lost his job, but missing on Tua, and not being able to snag a competent DC were probably his 2 biggest whiffs.

Also, Tua wanted to commit to the Ducks when he was a sophomore in high school. He could have been locked up as a Duck long ago.
