Ionescu has been absolutely killing Stanford tonight and they're defense has stymied them.

2 seed in the West/Spokane seems like a lock now. Good to hear that the defense really helped make the difference for them because we know they can score. Just an amazing year for them and here's to a great tourney run!

First off, what a great win! Solid basketball all the way around. Ionescu is a baller! Congrats to the PAC 12 champs!

I say there is some possibility of a number 1 seed, but not a bunch. As of yesterday, In last weeks poll Ducks (4 losses) were #6, Norte Dame at #5 lost (now 4 losses also), #2 Mississippi St lost (now with 1 loss). I see the Ducks at a solid 2 seed, projected in West bracket. in the same espn projection they had Notre Dame at the one seed in the west bracket....... I think that changes....... maybe not.

I would rather see the Ducks play their first two games as the #2 in the West bracket (played in Eugene) then be a #1 seed anywhere else....... would love to have that home court advantage for the first two!

man, i forgot that the top 4 seeds host the first two rounds.

anyone remember the 2000 season, when the oregon men lost a heartbreaker to seton hall in overtime on the east coast, then the oregon women -- i believe we were a #3 seed -- lost to UAB, the #14, also in OT later that night?

i remember phil knight flew out to watch the men's team, then flew all the way back to eugene to make the women's game. what an insane amount of miles to fly to watch two heartbreakers.
