Good news is that the strength and conditioning program seems to be working well. Now to use that in games instead of tearing off tire boots.

Yup, definitely prfer MC's approach to this compared to say Urban. Hope Fotu gets it together and bounces back.

According to insiders on ScoopDuck, Fotu had other issues as well.
