UC Irvine win was nice to see.

Villanova getting pummeled by Purdue, down 19 at the half. This will close the door on the Big East, who will finish 1-4 in the tournament, making them easily the worst of the power-6 conferences. Meanwhile, the Pac 12 is acquitting themselves pretty well, having won three and only lost one so far. Not bad for a conference that was only supposed to get one team in this year.

Exactly! How's it goin', Pat Forde? Bad day for some Cinderella's, Murray State was routed by FSU, Ja Morant finished with 28. Wofford had a tough one; losing 62-56 to Kentucky. They proved the adage, "Live by the 3, die by the 3". They couldn't find the range at all; 23%, record setter, Fletcher Magee, was 0-10.

Auburn is absolutely whalloping Kansas right now.

Auburn had Kansas doubled plus 1, 51-25 at halftime. But Kansas outscored Auburn by 11 in the second half, to make the final score, 89-75. Auburn shot 52.5% overall, 43.3% on 3's. Kansas 45.8 & 31.9. In the last 3 years Kansas's last game has been a double digit loss; 74-60 to Oregon in the Flite 8 in 2017. 2018, 91-79 to Villanova in the Final Four, and this time, 89-75 to Auburn in the Round of 32.

Oregon is the Pac-12's last team after UW got whooped by North Carolina 81-59.
