Re: Other game thread
One thing I have learned about college football is that you can root for other teams to win and lose, but in the end, your team just has to win each week and learn it's fate at the end. That's all they can really do. Yes it's frustrating to see teams like Iowa and Alabama squeek out wins so Oregon cannot move up, but Oregon will get a BCS game regardless of these other teams results if they just win.

True! As long as Oregon wins all of their remaining games they will be in the NC picture and at worst a Rose Bowl! Can't complain about that.

Re: Other game thread
Just read somewhere that WSU is viewing this weeks game against Notre Lame in San Antonio as their bowl game.
I could see that since it's as close to a bowl as they will get for a while.
Maybe they beat N.D. like everyone else does in bowls.

It does 2 things 1) keeps them from leap frogging us & 2) weakens the strength of schedule of the teams they have played, not sure who they have played above us in the polls.

Re: Other game thread
Cal looking good, ASU looking bad. How about the Southern Miss/Houston game? Granted Houston doesn't play anyone, but Keenum had an amazing game today. That game has had like 1400 yards of offense.

Ah..., why is there a "Green Man" in the Northwestern crowd? Anyone else catch it?
Noticed a lot of bright Green trimmings in the ASU crowd besides.

Maybe, but I think Oregon State will be a tougher test. Looks like I spoke too soon on Cal looking good.
