Inside Autzen under drizzly skies. Chip confident in the team after this weeks practice. It is mentioned however that the coaching staff and players were also confident during last weeks practice. But Kelly also mentioned ASU is not Stanford and does things different than Stanford. A young 11-year old was on hand through the Make-A-Wish Foundation. :)

Today’s walk-through was closed to the public, as usual, with one notable exception: Brenden Potts, an 11-year old from Vancouver, Wash., and his family were with the team through the efforts of the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Oregon. Brenden has a life-threatening condition called VATER syndrome that resulted in a number of birth anomalies and which has required more than 15 surgeries in his lifetime.

Brenden ran around Autzen with the team and was in the huddle when the Ducks ran through their pregame rallying cry at midfield. He’s going to attend Saturday’s game, at which the Make-A-Wish folks with receive a donation from RBC Wealth Management
I think this is the best part of the article.....we all know the team is prepared....but stories like this one and the "Angel in Oklahoma" need to be heard....these guys aren't just great on the football field they are great people all around and we should be proud of them...even when they do something dumb like race their cars down Gateway in Springfield...or smoke a little weed...at least our players aren't killing other people...or robbing convenience stores.....
