Who would have thought that this short-handed team would go on the road and absolutely whoop their opponent? Not sure I saw that coming.

Ducks get the 83-72 wins over Utah State. Now they get to play Texas A&M down in Corpus Christi. Oregon got some great performance from Soares, Harmon, and Young not to mention valuable bench contributions from Williams, Bittle, and Wur.

Thought Kepnang was key. 9 pts 9 boards with 2 big swats, and stayed out of foul trouble. He definitely set the tone inside. Only 1 TO as well. Got to love Bittle’s 3 blocks. When he gets more confident with his shot, and players start integrating him into the O, he’s going to make some noise.

Kepnang was solid tonight. Depending on if they get Dante back for Texas A&M, Kepnang will need to replicate this performance if they hope to have a chance.

Congrats DA! And, the streak of 20-win seasons continues.

Franck was in their heads in that 2nd half. Once he got a few of those blocks, they wouldn't go anywhere near the rim. If they did, it was a rushed layup that would clank.

Wish Quincy's break away wasn't fumbled (I think it was Q) - wanted to see him bring the hammer.

Solid W, but Utah State couldn’t shoot to save their lives in the 2nd half.

A&M will be a tougher game.

I hope Bittle becomes more active under the basket. Several times last night he was hanging out there on the wing and there was lots of space underneath. The ball carriers would look for someone to pass to but Bittle was elsewhere. I suppose more game experience and some feedback fro others would help. He nailed a three though.
