I know nothing is official but wasn’t word that Burch and Cornelius were likely coming back?
Also add JPJ to early departures.

NFL Departures - 2024
I had heard Burch, Cornelius and Jacobs were all coming back but not from a person directly involved with the team.OregonFan4Life wrote:I know nothing is official but wasn’t word that Burch and Cornelius were likely coming back?

So while that seems to be a strong rumor , I am guessing we hear something officially after the bowl game.

Does anyone know the timeline for when players hear their grade assessments?

He had some dropsies this year that I didn’t expect, and on some big downs. Yes, he had some big completions, but he has things to clean up, and he’s probably coming back because his draft grade wasn’t optimal, for obvious reasons.greenyellow wrote:Ferguson just announced on IG he's returning.

He also really needs to improve his blocking, but I’m glad he’s coming back, we won’t have a shortage of TE’s next season.Everythingsducky wrote:He had some dropsies this year that I didn’t expect, and on some big downs. Ajani Cornelius
Well for Ajani, here's what the 1st pick of the 4th round got in his rookie contract
"In 2023, Saldiveri will earn a base salary of $666,666 and a signing bonus of $842,284, while carrying a cap hit of $877,237 and a dead cap value of $842,284."
I haven't seem him listed as an early Day 3 projection so I'd think he'd be back too and frankly, I'd question our mega-donors right now with the poodles playing for a NC if we did lose these guys. I recognize the absurdity of that statement but frankly so is 27 billion dollars.

I don’t remember 5th year Sr wringing letters before? Was there some chance he could return? Because looking at his stats, he had used all his eligibility
