Is N’Faly Dante the best big in Oregon history? I’m tempted to say yes he is.

Still can't believe Oregon was able to pull this one out. This might be Altman's best coaching job with how he was able to win with a roster of 8 scholarship players and get them to the Tournament. So happy for him and guys like Cousinard and Dante.

This is so big for the future of the program. Might bring some players back/keep them from transferring, and should help sell the program to recruits. We’re back on track, injuries and all.

What a ridiculous run that I did NOT see coming.

N'faly Dante is officially an Oregon legend.

I think technically it's still Greg Ballard, but of the modern era, it's not particularly close in terms of a two way player.

It’s a bummer Boucher and Bol couldn’t stay healthy either. Both had potential to work their way into the convo.

Yeeeeeee!!! Such a fun tournament run!

Dante did everything for us, and with a roughed up back. Amazing.

Such a good job him and coach DA to avoid getting him to foul out after getting 3 fouls at the start of the 2nd half. That was so vital.

Who would have ever guessed the Ducks would win this game despite shooting 2-17 on 3PT? They also shot 70.8% from the line, which is about average for this team (unfortunately), but it still seemed like there were a lot of misses in the second half. Compare that to Colorado shooting 91.3% from the line and 31.8% from deep. It is amazing they found a way to win.

Hopefully they can put together a couple decent shooting games in the tourney.

WooHoo!!!

Go Ducks!!!

I just hope we don't get an 8 vs 9 or 7 vs 10 seed. Then again, the Ducks are a much better team than their record shows and are playing well right now.

I thought going in that, with their best player banged up, a weak bench, and playing a back to back to back, that they had almost no chance.

I was watching the game for the first ten minutes or so, not paying attention to the score, with Colorado killing it on the boards and Oregon throwing up 3 pt bricks, and was thinking they were going to get creamed. Then saw that they were only down 7. They are still in it.

Then when they went into the penalty in the second half, I figured that the team that could shoot free throws (Colorado) would win.

Lesson: Never count out an Altman-coached team.

The best big ever? We had one who averaged 20 points over three seasons and was a top ten NBA selection. His name can't be mentioned here because he sent his son to UCLA ;-)

Might be the best game ever by a duck, though. Luke Jackson comes to mind; he had a monster game scoring a ridiculous number of consecutive points, but that was just to advance in the NIT.

I love it when Oregon gets under-seeded below 10; gives them a chance to whup up on some overrated school from the east. The 2013 tournament was so fun, Okie State and St. Louis didn't know what hit them. We'll see if the bracket committee has learned anything since then. Hoping for the 11-seed that Lunardi is projecting.

Truly incredible. Just hard to believe.

Definitely has to be a double-digit seed. I was thinking about #13, not being aware of Lunardi's projection. Guess it depends on how much value they put on the solid win over probable #2 seed Arizona especially.

11 vs tx tech in the same regional as Creighton. That second round game would have awesome story lines
