This spring has just been jam packed with high-quality Oregon sports and we still got another couple weeks of it.

I just wish we had more balance and had some competitive sprinters, jumpers, etc.

We just don't live in an area with lots of sprinters that are willing to come here and Oregon has always been traditionally a distance school. Using the football team can help.

Nope. Only thing they would stop an event for is lightning.

Doesn't look good for a national team title for the men but we'll have a couple individual champions with them. The women are still in the thick of things and could easily win one if things continue correctly.

Ashton Eaton wins the decathlon, just missing a collegiate record by hundredths of a second in the 1500. Andrew Wheating repeats in the 800, winning a by a much more comfortable margin this time around.

Really? That's pretty incredible, haha. We just got like an 11 year postseason ban or something, so my interest in PSU sports is near nothing.

Wouldn't be bad considering we lost so many points from last year's team. They just don't have the depth this year that they've had in previous seasons. Oregon's only real point contributors this year are Eaton, Wheating, and Centrowitz.

Men are tied for 4th with all of the teams ahead of them being strong in the sprinting events and the women are in 1st with a small lead but will they be able to hold off Texas A&M. I think A&M wins both the mens and womens titles

Wheating, Acosta, and Centrowitz go 1-2-3 in the 1500 to give Oregon 24 points and a temporary lead. They aren't going to win the title but they'll have at least a top-10 finish. The women are in 2nd and are going to need some big performances to top aTm.
