Well that sucks for Washington State. I wonder who they can get to replace Leach. WSU will most likely be headed back to the basement.

The Apple Cup is going to be a lot less interesting now but the Egg Bowl may have some epic moments with both Kiffin and Leach down there.

Those schools should have a 4 team playoff with Saban and Harbaugh and one of them could win the title of "Top Prick Head-Coach School".

Hate Leach, but can't help thinking this is going to make the Pac12 North worse off

One less team that will end every year by losing the Apple Cup and their bowl game won't have too ill an effect on the Pac-12.

Maybe we can now make a push to push WSU out of the conference and invite Boise State in as a replacement. I've quietly wanted that to happen for years because WSU is a D-II school masquerading as a power conference program.

Arroyo is assembling an interesting staff at UNLV. Familiar names include Danny Langsdorf, former OC at Oregon State, former UW DB and Oregon grad assistant Tre Watson, and now Jordan Paopao, the Huskies TE coach for the last seven years.

Looks like Washington is hiring Jaguars OC John Donovan to be their new OC. He was previously at Penn State, where he got fired due to poor playcalling and player development and replaced by Joe Moorhead.

In his 5 or so years of being a college OC, his offenses never ranked in the top 60 in SP+. Penn State was substantially better after he left.

And UW fans on Twitter are sort of pissed/sad that Lake went for the guy who got fired at PSU while Oregon may get the guy who helped turned that offense around.

Stop making him sound better than he is. He was the Jags QB coach, and this year got demoted to RB coach. If I could have hand picked an OC for UW, he'd be near the top of my list. Just a crap hire. Love it.
