Chip potentially out at UCLA?
Sounds like UCLA could be after Urban Meyer or Chris Petersen if they decide to move on from Chip.

Chip potentially to lose his 3rd head coaching job.
Helfrich fired from Oregon and Chicago.
Frost in boiling water at Nebraska.
Makes you ponder how Oregon was so successful during their time in Eugene, and how much was right place, right time. That said, I think unless UCLA is guaranteed one of those two guys, this is an unwise move. It looks like UCLA has bottomed out and is now on the upswing. Only hesitation with saying that is that their recruiting rankings won't impress anybody.

They did get a bunch of people all liking their class despite the rankings. Unless you hit a HR or think the players are going to revolt against him, I'm of the mindset that he's got a better team than he started with and they're a basketball school that should chill a bit with firing coaches who seem to be on the cusp of getting things right. (Karl Dorrell was someone I thought was on that cusp and they kicked him out for another former poodle)StevensTechU wrote:Chip potentially to lose his 3rd head coaching job.
