Gonna raise hard cap to 70 million, and salary cap to 37 million. This will be effective after the trade deadline (meaning you have to be under 64 for the rest of this season until the offseason).

nobody is really in danger of cresting it right now (a couple of people skirting it) why not wait until the end of the season for a more realistic time when it turns over?

Trade deadline vs End of season = the same thing in my eyes. You can't make any trades in between that period anyway, so it doesn't really matter when it's changed. But sure, end of season.

At the end of the season, I'm raising the salary cap to 40 million and the hard cap to 75 million.
