In our offer can we just say last year plus 120%? Cause the game limits it at that ya?

1) Mid Exception - one-year offer of $4,500,000

2) Low Exception - one-year offer of $1,200,000
Are these values still the same?

Can we move these Player Contract Rules into the "Offseason Free Agency" rules? Some of the rules we decided on aren't in that one and I'm pretty sure a lot of GMs only read the "Offseason Free Agency" rules when they're making their bids.
