Quick Reply Added! and Polls fixed!!

I was finally able to get the "quick reply" feature working as well as fixing the polls!!!

To access the quick reply, click on the quick reply box at the bottom of the page, that will make a drop down box in which you can post your message.

This is something that will make everything go much faster and something I have been working on for a very long time. I had to make a few template changes, hence the lack of yellow in the main page.

All the pages should look the same very soon. but in the meantime Enjoy the changes!!

External inks will now always open in a new tab, this way you can stay on the forum and have the links open in a new tab.

Internal links will open in the same window however,

For example www.espn.com will open in a new tab and index.php will open in the same window.
