Anyone know what happened with Tyrell Crosby? Seemed like he went from fringe starter to out of the league overnight.

Crosby (back) recently said that multiple doctors have advised him against continuing his playing career, Dave Birkett of the Detroit Free Press reports.
Crosby underwent spinal fusion surgery last December and has not lifted weights in nearly a year. While the 26-year-old has shown enough promise to be a swing tackle or some sort of quality backup along the offensive line, the odds seem against Crosby making a return to the NFL stage at this point.

Well s***. That's rough. He's a smart guy and I'm sure will have a great (albeit, maybe less lucrative) career in something else. Fingers crossed for a full recovery.

Wow I had no idea about Crosby, he was no doubt gonna have a long and successful NFL career. What a brutal way for it to end.

If I remember right, he's selling insurance down in Vegas now in partnership with some other former Oregon players.StevensTechU wrote:Well s***. That's rough. No matter what people studied or worked in, it seems like everyone is like two days of reading away from jumping into a career in insurance, real estate, or politics.
