Graham playing nickel packages. Makes sense for how deep we are. He's talented and can move around if needed.
Also, DJ Johnson officially at TE now.

Projected depth chart (means little at this point, but cool to see how we are roughly looking).

Sometimes we'll get a snippet from the WR interviews about it.

As I survey the depth chart, I can't help feeling that we are rather thin along the offensive line. Hopefully, injuries aren't a problem this year.UOducksTK1 wrote:https://www.oregonlive.com/ducks/2020/0 ... ctice.html

We are. Not a ton of experience outside of a few guys. Quite a bit of talent, just not a lot of experience.Phalanx wrote:As I survey the depth chart, I can't help feeling that we are rather thin along the offensive line. Re: Spring Practice 2020
My worry is not QB, but the center, we had a bad time last season with bad snaps from backups centers........ lots of rebuilding to do.

Seems like we're thin on talent, too.Phenom wrote:We are. Not a ton of experience outside of a few guys. We may end up with a walk-on center, and appears that the first guy off the bench is likely going to be Sam Poutasi. That's not great.

Re: Spring Practice 2020
I was hoping we might pick up a grad transfer offensive lineman or two. If we have the room for it. Anyone know if the staff is even looking g to do this? I read that George Moore is petitioning for a sixth year also.

Re: Spring Practice 2020
I’m not as down on the OL as some of you. I’m very confident in a few guys other than Penei. Steven Jones, Sala, and Forsyth will all be good. I’m interested to see if George Moore gets another year of eligibility, although the NCAA has not been kind to us in that regard historically. I never thought Poutasi would get run with 1s. Maybe he’ll pull a Bryson Young and become an above average replacement in his last year.
But yeah, depth looks to be an issue. Maybe a young guy like Dennis will find PT. Maybe Jaramillo gets healthy. TJ Bass is a guy we want to catch up. Not an ideal situation but we knew we were losing 5/6 top guys and most teams in the country would still love to have this group. Still a long time to go to September.
