The quacklist and Track Town USA forums were seldom used. For tickets, just post in their respective forums from now on (Ex: So if you wanna sell Basketball tickets, just post in Matthew Knight Arena board). Track Town USA board is now part of other sports.
Also removed tool tips because on mobile, you had to click twice to access a forum (one to show tool tip, another to click the url). So those are gone now for better usability on mobile.
