Final Score

Post by nogerO »

BYU 35, OREGON 31

Hope I'm wrong but this young team is still jelling. The final score against a very good BYU team will give us an indication of where this team really stands. Throw out the wildly fluctuating first two weeks and get a baseline in this one.

34-30 Ducks.

On defense BYU likes to keep things in front of them and, based on what we’ve seen so far, we’ll take that all day and eat them alive. We have one of the most efficient offenses in the nation and BYU’s scheme plays right into that.

Defensively idk what to expect but hope we hold them to a few FGs and that ends up being the difference.

I think Oregon’s LB’s will be the key and if they’ll be able to make life miserable for Hall. If they keep whiffing on tackles and letting him scramble for a while it’ll be a long day for the defense. Despite some recent undisciplined play against Georgia I think Sewell and Flowe will make things difficult enough for Hall. 38-35 Oregon.

Somehow analysts think the #12 team beating an unranked/fringe #25 team would be an upset.

Give me Ducks 31, BYU 20
