Wow, if Terrance Ferguson and Troy Franklin leave, I have 2021 recruiting class bingo.

It's almost like Lanning and Co. didn't think the cupboard was all that full after all.

I doubt those guys leave as they're some of the stars on the offensive side of the ball.

So, ‘supposedly’, teams aren’t supposed to reach out to players prior to them entering the portal. Evidence seems to suggest that isn’t the case. Yes, those two are starters, and stars at UO. Question: if they are offered big (or bigger) dollars from another school, I’m assuming the players can try to renegotiate their NIL deals with their collective?

It's basically down to 5-6 guys they likely feel comfortable playing at ILB. Bassa, Hill, Jacobs, Jacobs, Soelle are going to get the majority of reps there with Mixon possibly sneaking in for a few with how little they have left for depth.

Maybe we will just play with BETTER LB's this year. Highly doubtful these LB transfers would have left had they not see the writing on the wall. Although I would have liked to see Jones and Taggart, and what they can do, in the spring game. They must know they are buried deep on the depth chart at this point. Optimistically, this could be a very good sign about some of the young up and comers, and recent portal acquisitions.
