Times and TV set for 4 Oregon games

Post by greenyellow »

Oregon's non-conference games and the OSU game have all had their times and TV set. The Texas Tech game will be a national game on Fox, as will the Oregon/OSU game on the day after Thanksgiving. The PSU and Hawaii games will be on the Pac-12 Network for noon and 5 PM kickoffs.

Glad the Texas Tech game isn't mid-day, should be more tolerable weather starting at 6 and going into the evening.

This whole not releasing the full schedule at once is some grade A bullshit.

Life was SOoo much easier for Duck fans before the 80's... no TV schedule delay, cheap tickets.

Heck, I remember being able to walk up to the gate and often get discount tickets on game day, prior to kickoff!

In those days, the only duck football on TV was the clips on the coach's show the following day. Oregonian columnist LH Gregory used to call it "warmed over" football. Not much national football, either. Hard to believe, but the "game of the century" (Notre Dame/Michigan State 1966) was a regional game, not shown on live TV in Portland.
