Should be a good matchup of guards.
Like Altman stated after game 1, growth of the bigs will be the key to this season.
Bittle, Dante, Kepnang in particular.

Well we look great so far, no way this play is sustainable though.
Man Kepnang is looking great with some new offensive scoring moves.

Good game.
Love Soares' game a lot.
Kepnang took a positive step tonight.
Go Ducks!

The ease with which they dispatched SMU is in violent contrast to the struggles of the football team. So hopefully, we can go to basketball for comfort and peace of mind in the coming month.

So Altman has a squad that’s lights out to start the season instead of halfway though it… we might not lose a game. Seriously though, this team looks really good.
Btw, have we ever had 4 guys 6’11+? And weren’t they all 4* and above?

Wow. That was impressive. I remember saying this team would be really really good in January. Looks like I was off by two months.
I like Soares too. He can score and he is all over the glass. Love it.
Not worried about the FTs. They will clean that up. This is too good of a shooting team for that to continue.

What happened to the consistently slow start for Altman’s teams?Phalanx wrote:The ease with which they dispatched SMU is in violent contrast to the struggles of the football team. So hopefully, we can go to basketball for comfort and peace of mind in the coming month.
