MBB G Soares enters transfer portal

Post by greenyellow »

Not completely unexpected move as MBB G Rivaldo Soares has entered the transfer portal. Wouldn't be surprised if all the remaining players who could return don't at this point.

Do you want him to stay? All our transfers so far have probably been a mutually beneficial transfer. Outside of maybe Ware just cuz if Dante leaves, he would get lots of minutes.

Complaining about the current players isn't going to stop people from also complaining when they decide to leave the school. I could very well be wrong, but I have a gut feeling that Dante may stay. I think he really enjoys it at Oregon, and he's gone to baseball games with Bittle as recently as this week. It tells me he's still somewhat invested in the school. Now, he could just be finishing out the trimester and then leaving for the pro ranks overseas or elsewhere. Just feels like his silence on the matter, and his continuing to do college student type stuff with guys that are sticking around, might indicate he's leaning toward sticking around. I could admittedly be looking for into his actions though.
