Reality is setting in. The Ducks are good but are not in the same class as UCLA, UW, or UA. They can win a game here and there against them but will not beat them consistently. I think Ducks will be 4th or 5th in the PAC-12. Brooke and Makenna can be great but not consistent. Makenna and Reagan are the future but not now.greenyellow wrote:Rough outing for the Ducks today.

Oregon finally breaks through in the series with a 10-1 run rule win in 5 innings.

In perspective, that was the non-conference counting game. Not UWs top players. Tomorrow Oregon will likely be facing the PLAIN truth again.greenyellow wrote:Oregon finally breaks through in the series with a 10-1 run rule win in 5 innings.

UCLA and UW are in the top 3 in the nation. UCLA is probably #1. Ducks will now be back with teams they can compete with. They also have left a lot on base. 1 run on 8 hits so far today.

Second time in 4 games where the Ducks out-hit washington but lost. Scores don't look good, but Oregon is in the same class as washington.
