They went 19-13 last year, and lost to a very good Northern Iowa team by 6. That's about all I know about them.

They lost 65-49 to UCSB last night, shooting 55% in the first half but just 19% in the second.

Its nice cuz I think we can expect to see improvement each game from these guys. Instead of having no idea what to expect night in & night out.

I'm going, too. I hope the football game ends within a timely manner, and maybe the first game will go long and our game will be delayed a bit... might miss tip-off.

Anyone have a link to a stream or radio cast?

Denver is a good team. This is going to be a tough game for Oregon. Much more so than NDSU.
“If everybody in this room just want to be real with themselves, this game could have went either way,” he said. “We turned the ball over a lot. We beat ourself. Just be real with yourself right now. We beat ourself.”

Found a radio feed. The announcer is a Denver homer and all he is doing is complaining about the fouls against Denver. According to him "nothing surprising, you have to expect this when you go on the road. We always see this on the road".

It looks like this team is choking at the free throw line again. Catron has missed 5 straight free throws.
“If everybody in this room just want to be real with themselves, this game could have went either way,” he said. “We turned the ball over a lot. We beat ourself. Just be real with yourself right now. We beat ourself.”

"The foul disparity is huge....here come the makeup calls so that when you look in the newspaper tomorrow morning, it will look close [like a fairly officiated game]"

"at the critical junctures in the game, the home team had a huge advantage"

"here comes the makeup again..."

This guy is one of the worst announcers I've ever heard.
“If everybody in this room just want to be real with themselves, this game could have went either way,” he said. “We turned the ball over a lot. We beat ourself. Just be real with yourself right now. We beat ourself.”

"again it's part of the game, 74% of the home teams win"

"officials are human too and they are influenced by the crowd"

"double the amount of free throws attempts...and it hasn't been that kind of game...it's gone the way of the Ducks...we'll leave it at"

Nice win for Altman.
“If everybody in this room just want to be real with themselves, this game could have went either way,” he said. “We turned the ball over a lot. We beat ourself. Just be real with yourself right now. We beat ourself.”

Haven't gotten to follow the games, but it's good to already have a few wins. Looks like Catron has played really well so far.

He's really stepped up until they can get JJ back to shore up the frontcourt. It's nice to have a SR leader for this young team.
