Lavin is a hell of a used car salesman. Really surprised that Pelle didn't even visit Washington. Romar is a far better coach than Lavin and Seattle >>>>> Queens. Oh well sucks for UW.
I'd expect Amir Garrett to commit pretty soon too.
I have to believe that Jarion Henry is now Coach Altman's top target.

“If everybody in this room just want to be real with themselves, this game could have went either way,” he said. “We turned the ball over a lot. We beat ourself. Just be real with yourself right now. We beat ourself.”

Maybe he looks to the JC ranks as well for another PF/C-type.uostudent wrote:Lavin is a hell of a used car salesman. Really surprised that Pelle didn't even visit Washington. Romar is a far better coach than Lavin and Seattle >>>>> Queens. Oh well sucks for UW.

No surprise at all. My buddy said he was a lock when I talked to him last weekend. He's not AS confident on Amir Garrett since their depth chart isn't looking as hot right now. But we'll see.

Their depth chart hasn't seemed to hurt them so far in recruiting SG/SF. Let's hope Garrett sees more of an opportunity at Oregon than at SJU.UOducksTK1 wrote:No surprise at all. How many more scholarships could they possibly have? It seems like they have enough commitments to field an entire team almost.

They have 7 SRs on the team this year so they had a lot of scholarships to offer. I think they have only 1 left so they can't steal too many more.gofightingducks wrote:greenyellow wrote:Their depth chart hasn't seemed to hurt them so far in recruiting SG/SF. As long as we get one of the 2 I will refrain from shooting myself. If Lavin gets Garrett & Pelle along with the 47 other forwards he has committed... friggin ridiculous.

Yeah they have 6 guys committed/signed so they only have one more they can take, hopefully Oregon can get Garrett or another good F
