Season Ticket prices

Post by uodux1212 »

Season ticket prices went up! Im pretty sure I paid $289 last year, and this year they're $370! Are you kidding me?!? Holy crap, and that's WITHOUT any required donations. Whats that, about 23% increase?!? Wow...

Ouchy.

Yeah, I guess you're right...

All games are $55 plus the faculty charge except the USC and OSU games are $70.... They went up about $4-$5 per ticket from last year... not that bad I guess....

But they are worth it!!! Look at the games we get at home this year!!! USC, Civil War, Cal, Purdue, Utah!!!!!! This should be a great year and worth 90 bucks more. If you're not happy with the prices i'm sure you can sell your USC ticket for a hundred bucks. That makes up for the 90 dollars more you spent and you are still getting the same amount of games as you did last year because of the extra game.

Definitely. I remember in 2007 when we played Cal at home & Gameday came, my dad sold his ticket for $250. For the SC & ASU games tickets were going for $300 at the cheapest. And that's just GA.

I got a GA for 100 that year ;)

There's usually people that are fairly reasonable on craigslist and have tix I can afford....the exception being last years civil war. It was outrageous...even on gameday they were still trying to sell them for 250 a piece. Only reason I didn't go.

My wife bought 4 ASU tickets before the season on Ebay for $30 a piece. As marital duties go, that earned alot of points :P

Totally worth it!! I sold my 07 Cal tix for face value to a guy I work with, he flipped them and sold them to a Cal fan! At the next game all my section 3 buddies asked me why I sold my seats to a cal fan, I'll never live that down. Needless to say i'll never sell my tix to that guy again.

Our season tickets are over $700 this year. 7 home games. I about fell over, BUT........I won't give them up. They're in section 23. Only 2 seats though. We don't go to every single home game, so when we sell them, we sell them for what we paid for them. We never mark them up because I'm afraid of karma putting a hex on me and having bad luck for the Ducks. Trying to be a good Duck fan!!

There is a rule in our section that you are not allowed to sell your tix to an opponent's fan. Everyone we sell our tix to understand they are not allowed to flip them. They are to give them back to me & I will refund their money. Oh man, our section would make our lives miserable if an opposing team's fans sat in our seats!!

My tickets went from 560 in 2006 to 840 ( with donation ) in 2009....cant afford it..so i am offering my tickets for sale to keep my rights.

Due to A layoff in the Family, I am to the point of giving up my season tickets after 20+ years as a season ticket holder. I am offering to sell my tickets for the season at face value and am willing to pay the $50/ seat DAF contribution to keep my season ticket holder status for next season. So you would be able to have tickets for all 2009 home games ( 7 ) but i retain the season ticket holder rights in 2010. I am In Sec 36, Row 13....GREAT seats, Great duck fans in our section...If you are interested be IM me in my Inbox.

So, you were the bum that did that, I was gonna have a TALK with you......JK....
We had BSU fans in front of us this past year...Gave em a hard time the entire game, but they rolled with the punches and were quite kind at the end of the game (considering). But then again, they walked outta Autzen with smiles on their faces, even though they KNEW, that had the game lasted 2 minutes longer, DT would have smoked em outta the stadium with frowns...
But, that being said, as OS ewe found out this past year, PAYBACK IS A BITCH....Gonna be a tough pill for BSU to swallow to be 0-1 to start the season, when they have become so used to being 11-0 or 12-0 at the end of the season...Smurf turf, here we come....WE ARE THE OREGON DUCKS.....
