Good call, but still a crappy performance.

I think Teondre needs more shots too, he either needs to A.) grow a pair and get them himself (he's incredibly timid), or B.) wait until he has better teammates next year who can create more shots for him. He's an incredible wide-open shooter from the perimeter, but that and junk rebounds are literally his entire offense.

Decent game by Sim, he got the ball three different times in the first half as time was running out on the shot clock and had to chuck up a bad shot. Capers also handed him his lunch once or twice. Box score shows 5/14, but he was around 50% on shots where he actually had a legitimate chance at converting.

Nared had some great put-backs.

Nick Fearn has the ugliest shot I've ever seen. That lone trey attempt he'll have all season will haunt my dreams forever.

Armstead didn't play, Catron/Jacob were limited to 5 FG attempts due to injury. We lost by 14 to an upper-division team on the road. Honestly, not a bad day. I think we looked better this week then last. Sure, we almost beat ASU, but ASU is scary bad w/o Lockett. Keep improving (maybe get that front line healthy?), pray for a decent shooting night, maybe we won't completely embarrass ourselves in the Matt Arena openers.
