They also mentioned that Kansas does not have a scholarship to offer, which would make things difficult for him to go there. Oregon was in his top 4, so I wonder if this could start pushing him towards us.

There's a foreign exchange student who's only appeared in half the games and is only getting 5 minutes of work in those rare opportunities he's granted that will most likely be playing in Europe next year...

That's great, we take a kid from half way around the world and then dump him afteroregontrack wrote:There's a foreign exchange student who's only appeared in half the games and is only getting 5 minutes of work in those rare opportunities he's granted that will most likely be playing in Europe next year...
we feel he is no longer needed. I think your talking about Martin Seiferth and I assume
that you feel he is no longer needed. Altman must have seen something in this kid and as
if coming over from Europe to College Level basketball wasn't hard enough, he has the
culture shock of another country and a different language.
Alright, since we no longer need this 'project' lets just use the other backup center, oops...
And I thought I was impatient!!

According to zagsblog Daniels "had narrowed his list to Kansas, Kentucky and Texas, but recruiting analyst Marc Maggard recently reported that Kentucky rescinded its offer." He isn't coming here. My guess is that he still he ends up at Kansas.
“If everybody in this room just want to be real with themselves, this game could have went either way,” he said. “We turned the ball over a lot. We beat ourself. Just be real with yourself right now. We beat ourself.”

I saw a report that he was going to sign a financial aid agreement with Kansas since they don't have a scholly for him. Oh well, hopefully we can pull in Henry. He's pretty comparable to Daniels just not as highly rated.uostudent wrote:According to zagsblog Daniels "had narrowed his list to Kansas, Kentucky and Texas, but recruiting analyst Marc Maggard recently reported that Kentucky rescinded its offer." That seems to be the only other recruit that's been talked about. I would assume Oregon would do the financial aid agreement as well with any recruit that commits since there aren't any scholarships left.dthomas=ddixon wrote:I saw a report that he was going to sign a financial aid agreement with Kansas since they don't have a scholly for him.
