Re: Littlejohn commits
Excellent news and to have verification now is great! I hope the news about Clay second guessing because of the number of LBs is bogus because Littlejohn is a JC and should not affect him...

Re: Littlejohn commits
Here's his stat line from his most recent CC season.
63 tackles, 14.5 TFL, 8 Sacks, 3 picks, and 3 forced fumbles. Sounds pretty legit to me.

From Littlejohn's 2007 ESPN profile...
http://insider.espn.go.com/ncf/recruiti ... son%3d2009
"The strength of his game is probably his coverage abilities. He can turn his hips and drop into coverage. Locates the ball well and has the ability to make a play on the ball when the opportunity is there. He has solid straight-line speed and could possibly match up in man situations versus running backs and tight ends."
Wouldn't that be nice?

One more tidbit I was able to glean from SuperPrep.com...
"Bryson Littlejohn, 6-2, 230, 4.55 has one more class to take at Sierra College and when he's finished he'll be headed off to a Pac-10 school. ..."
Could this mean Littlejohn will be here for Spring Drills? That would be excellent!

Re: Littlejohn commits
It seems that the Oregon coaches tend to recruit JC players that can come in during spring drills. They probably want them here as soon as practices start so they can learn the system and contribute in the limited time they have at Oregon.

Damn! Look at the guns on that guy!
He looks like Rey Maualuga down at USC. I'm so used to our little LB's that look like safeties
He definately passes the eye test.

Re: Littlejohn commits
This guy is my favorite JC of the class, even more than Leon. He is a footballer for sure and i expect him taking over the SLB position. Casey Mathews and "Lil' John" will make a formidable opponent for almost any team.

Re: Littlejohn commits
If our DB's stick around and we can get some solid line play our D could be sick next year!
