but damnit....I am sorta sick of this lovefest for kids (BB in this instance) that play schools and then choose one over the other...I chose it because of religion...closer to family..etc etc...but when a school dumps a player it gets blasted. I know these kids are 17-18 years old and it is a totally new thing to them. But cmon...Brown knew where he was going and to take it this long is a slap in the face to the other schools involved. His so called great relationship with Kelly didnt show through in the end of this whole deal. Who was the kid who picked up the hat at the AA game?? Then dropped it and picked up another one. That stuff pisses me off and I dont care if they pick the Ducks or not. Act like a person who is somewhat intelligent. I dont wish Brown any injuries but I do hope that he does squat in college. As for the leech that has attached himself to Brown(well actually both the leeches) they will get theirs in the end. Sorry for the rant. Was watching American Idol and it ticked me off

He played us? How? Do you really think he was just playing a prank? I'm really sick of people taking recruiting so personally. If he decommitted at the last second and went to OSU or something, that would be a slap in the face. This is just missing on a recruit. So he called us his leader... That was probably true. He obviously cooled on us. And that's completely fine. I think he was wrong about Oregon's record for preparing RBs for the draft, but stop acting like he was trying to hurt us or something. Get over the misses.

I actually have the opposite take on that. I enjoy the teasing. I was actually thinking about this earlier today and thought, if I was a coach going after a recruit I would tell him - if you don't pick us, make a good show of it on tv. I want to laugh. Don't leave my hat in the bag.

That's probably just me though. I don't take those things too seriously and I don't get offended by very much. You can tell they are not being rude, just having a little bit of fun.

Yeah I think he played us...but thats life. Each person can have a different take on things. I guess I dont get the throwing it in other teams face...I dont see it as just having fun.
