It was pretty obvious that the goal was to work on the passing game at all cost. There was never a "upset" feel to game, just a "it's practice" feel.

I'm hoping that it paid off and we will play well at the swamp next week.

And rightfully so, you can’t expect to hold your spot with after a game like that. Turnovers and penalties again kept things way too close on the scoreboard.
I’m hoping that Les will straighten the boys out, if not it is going to be a long 4 weeks.

With that said I do have to give it to Towson, they are a quality team and represented their school and conference well.

That's ultimately what kept Washington State within a score at halftime. It happens.
