#17 Stanford @ #7 Notre Dame
It would be incredibly awesome if Stanford won this game, unfortunately, I just don't see it happening. There's 1 way Stanford wins, and that's if Nunes evolved into Luck by Saturday.

Regrettably I think Notre Dame is a very good team this year.

Yes, sadly I also have a hard time seeing Stanford winning this one. Hopefully Nunes will have a nice carry-over of confidence from the Arizona game.

ND not even that good, but the refs did everything throughout the game to give them the game.
Refs won't be able to stop OU and SC from taking them behind the woodshed.

Won't matter to most of you, because you're blinded by hating ND, but Stanford didn't get screwed.

His left elbow very clearly hits first before the ball crosses the plane.
More so, contrary to what Mike Peirera is tweeting (he is incorrect), once the line judge blows the play dead it's over. All they can review is if he scored before the play was whistled dead; he didn't and as you can see above, it wouldn't matter anyway. It's impossible to reverse a call after a play is blown dead, because the teams stop playing once they hear the whistle. Anything else is non-sensical.

Yeah they did score, regardless of what ND media wants to say.
MikePereira: "We have looked at ND/STA last play from every angle & feel that its a TD. Progress was not ruled & runner was not down."

I agree with The Dude, his left elbow was down prior to the ball crossing the plane. Stanford put their chance of winning on the backs of their OL. It was not even close without an extraordinary effort by Taylor.

Progress was ruled. You can see the line judge running in to call the spot an watch the ND players celebrate after the whistle blows. Pereira is definitely mistaken.buckmarkduck wrote:Yeah they did score, regardless of what ND media wants to say.

Impossible to see. The guy in front of him is blocking the camera's view. Should have been ruled a TD.duckpoint wrote:I agree with The Dude, his left elbow was down prior to the ball crossing the plane. Stanford put their chance of winning on the backs of their OL.
