I think USC will do us the least amount of favors. I think they will beat UCLA this week, but lose to Notre Dame next week.

Really? Because having to "defend" Lee is quite literally the LAST thing i want.GrandpaDuck wrote:I'd much rather face USC than UCLA.
UCLA is vastly superior at defending the spread. Not a bad offense either. I think USC wins though as UCLA has stumbled against Pro style teams.
The tougher team against one style team can be helpless against another style.

Yep. We took their best shot at their house and won by 2 scores. I am also fairly sure we'll be squib kicking kickoffs the next time, like we did against Cal, to get the ball out of Lee's hands.UofO8 wrote:Really? I am backing off my prediction of a USC victory over UCLA though. UCLA's spread may put 600 yards on SC. It's better than UA's. So it might be a classic shootout going either way.
I guess if USC can stop UCLA I'll be terrified that USC has finally figured out how to play the spread, then I'll justifiably quake in my boots about facing Lee and company again.

Fortunately, the Ducks don't need any favors.DAT#6 wrote:I think USC will do us the least amount of favors. I think they will beat UCLA this week, but lose to Notre Dame next week.

Followed shortly thereafter by a cheap personal foul. If that isn't a microcosm of the USC season thus far, I don't know what is.thegb2001 wrote:Pick on first pass by barkely!!! Td ucla!!

I hope they don't fire Kiffin. I'd hate to see a good coach there.

Just like we shouldnt be wishing for Tedford to get canned.

At least UCLA will come in (P12CG) having had to play a big game the week prior against Stanford.

Wow! UCLA is making it look easy. It's far from being over, but I'm surprised that USC hasn't scored yet.
