Sounds like Dykes said he isn't in competition for PT this year.

Spring ball has started at Cal so Dykes has seen him in action.

In one week of spring practicing, Bridgfod must have really sucked for Dykes to be so hostile towards the idea of even considering playing him.

"He kind of got some news from us that he was going to get some reduced reps. Decided he's going to take a day or two to kind of assess things," head coach Sonny Dykes told the San Jose Mercury News.
