Ethan Grant not solid anymore?

Post by UOducksTK1 »

Oregon commitment Ethan Grant made a trip to Rocky Top this week to see what all the excitement at the University of Tennessee is all about. InsideTennessee.com continues to bring you the very best coverage of the Vols Camps this week. Go inside to get the latest on Grant's recruitment. Could a Oregon commitment turn into a Oregeron commitment?

He says that he hasn't made a decision yet, gotta pay to read the rest.

I wouldn't be saying bye to him just yet, but I would like to hear from primedime. Right now I will stick with the assumption that he is just enjoying getting to check out other schools, but in the end he will still be a duck. If I where him I would take my free trips also.

not so fast guys. It's just one visit. Curtis White is going on visits too. Sky is not falling, and besides if there is one position we can lose a recruit and replace it with pretty quick, it's RB.

Because of the staple of other commits that we have? We need quality RB's out of this class and losing Grant would be a pretty significant set back if you ask me.

how many commits do we normally have this time of year? is it Dec/Jan and all the top players are already committed elsewhere? We could get two RB commits right now if offered to 3* or better players. Guaranteed.
Besides this article is from the ultra reliable site scout and the non biased fan base Vols'.

It seems that he just went to a weekend-long camp. I don't see any harm in him going to a football camp to compete against other players. Plus its a way to see a campus without using his official visits.

grant would be stupid to go to tenn, they just signed the top running back in the country BB and another 4 or 5 star guy last year. imo monterrio hardesty will be the starter and one of the better running backs in the sec next year. the only thing i dont understand is why go on officials in the summer when you could attend home games during the season and get a real feeling about the program and atmosphere.

We knew he would be taking other visits so why is this a big deal? I'd be doing the same thing. Sounds to me like a Tenn biased writer trying to stir things up that aren't really there.
