Of course the distance thing is a factor but he said both him and his parents are not concerned about that. It would be cool if J Stew and JJ were able to visit while he was in town so he could be reminded of their success. One big thing is he would most likely start right away because of Oregon's depth at RB after this year.

Stew and JJ wouldn't be legally allowed to talk to him if he was on a visit... Correct me if I'm wrong but I'm pretty sure thats an NCAA violation.. Were not Tennessee over here, we play by the rules! ha just kidding, but you know, Snoop plays for a certain team in Carolina... hmm....
I know they can't speak with him but having them there could be good for the recruits. I remember last year Dixon did something during halftime when there were a lot of recruits at the game.

It could just as easily work the other way. Convince a kid to commit so that he does not lose out on a scholarship.

He's facing over-loaded competition at the position at most of his options and we have the best running productivity over the last few years. Could end up boiling down to whether or not he feels comfortable with the campus and town.

Gary Campbell has done a damn good job with RBs for us, from recruiting to coaching.

These exact words were said with Bryuce Brown last year on why he should come here. Johop or whoever can try and boost everyone's hopes, but realistically, we have no chance and should concentrate on the many other RB's that we have a legit shot at.
These guys jobs are to recruit all these guys. There is no reason not to recruit this kid, and every other kid already in our sights. I don't know why people have to boil it down to either/or.
