Impressive offer list: USC, Oklahoma, Florida, Penn State, Tennessee and many others....... might be hard to get this guy
3 official visits set as of right now but it sounds like now that the Ducks have offered he will take an official to Eugene, the current 3 schools are Oklahoma, Penn State and Florida (Florida is loaded at the WR position)
I like this statement from him:
"Oregon's a school I've wanted to get an offer from for a long time," said Stills. "I went to their camp and was the MVP so I thought I'd get an offer and I worked hard to get it. They were going to be one of the schools that would've been on my hit list if I played them and they hadn't offered me. But now I'm looking at them as a place I could go."
Stills said he's looking for a few specific things in the school he eventually signs with. "I like the possibility of playing as a true freshman but I'm really interested in a school that has a plan for how to use me. The relationship with the receiver coach is important, what kind of offense they're running, the relationship with the kind of guys there. And the class and who would be coming with me. Then there are academics because you can't play football forever."
The receiver also spoke about the Oregon coaching staff. "One thing about Oregon is that I've talked to Coach Kelly and that was great. There are some coaches who say, 'Hey, give this guy a call and you never hear from or meet the guy running the team. I think it's cool when you can talk to the guy running the team and know he can be there for you and there are only a few coaches out there like that."
While winning the MVP at the Oregon camp Stills says he came away impressed with everything at Oregon. "I hadn't been there before the camp. It was my second camp in a row and so I flew straight in from the other camp. I was tired and worn out and had to get up early but I enjoyed everything. We all worked hard, we got to play in the stadium and use the practice facilities. It's a great place. The only thing I'd say was negative at all was the long walk from the dorms to the stadium. That was a major walk. That was it, the only thing about the trip at all."
With three visits set, Stills said he's trying to narrow it to ten schools and pick his 5 from there. "The three I've set visits with will be in there and Oregon will be in the top ten. I want to take as much time as I can with the schools I'm still talking to though."

Re: Ducks offer 4* WR
Was offered a couple weeks ago but yeah, very good receiver. Also camped at Oregon in the past as well. Here's DT's article on his offer, (Offer part is edit on bottom)...
Kenny Stills is one of the top wide receivers on the west coast and widely thought of as a top-10 receiver nationally. When you first run across him you know immediately that he is a wide receiver. He has the swagger, confidence and fast talking skills that a lot of elite receivers have. He wants the ball and he’ll let you know it, just not at the expense of the team.
The 6’2”, 180 lb, WR said, “Man, I want the rock. I want to make plays and help my team win, you know? If I get 20 catches and eight touchdowns and we win, cool. If I have one catch and we rush for 300 yards, and we win, cool. I just want my team to be the best out there every time and I will do whatever it takes to make that happen.” That is one of the reasons Stills wants to play in some sort of spread. “It is so dangerous. Oklahoma throws all over you but runs down your throat, Penn State has the spread HD, Florida mixes it up and that is what I like about Oregon too. I mean they are lethal. I like the fact that no matter what they do, they are gonna burn you and score more than you.”
Although Stills does not have an official offer from Oregon he hopes to receive one here soon. “Now that the dead period is over, I am hearing from them again. I know they lost some receivers and they need someone like me to come in and make plays. I talk to Coach John Neal quite a bit and I like him a lot. He’s a cool guy. All I ever do is talk football and I like to just talk about whatever with these coaches. I like to joke around with them and see their personalities. I pretty much know how they are going to coach me up so I want to know what they are like outside of that.”
Stills attended Oregon’s camp after his freshman year and he has been waiting for an offer since that day. “I got the MVP Award from their camp before my sophomore year. They have told me it wasn’t me it was just that they don’t have any scholarship offers left for me. It seems like things have changed and so I hope they turn it up and give me that offer. I told them if they don’t and I wind up in the PAC-10, I’m gonna have to burn ‘em for 200 and 4 td’s” Stills said.(Laughing)
Stills just returned from Florida where he helped the WEST squad to the championship game of the ESPN Rise Gridiron Kings competition. “Man, it was amazing. We did our thing for sure. I didn’t play well in that title game but I definitely played a role in getting to the championship game. Those southern boys don’t like us Cali boys out here on the west coast. They don’t think we can play. They don’t think we are physical enough, don’t think we have enough speed and don’t think that we can ball. That is honestly a big reason I am looking at Florida, OU and Penn State. I want to show them every day that we can ball and that I am just as good as any of them.”
Side note: Kenny told me a story about how many of the kids from the “South” team left Orlando and the Gridiron Kings event to head to Gainesville for Florida’s Friday Night Lights. As they were heading out, Kenny was talking to them and asked if he could hitch a ride with them to go compete with the best of the best and they told him “No, you ain’t rolling with us. This is a Florida thing.” As Kenny puts it, “They just didn’t want to get shown up by a “Cali boy.”
As of now, Kenny has official visits set up to Penn St and Oklahoma. He is waiting to hear back from Florida so that he can set up a weekend to make it out there. “I have those 2 set up and UF on the way. I am down to a few schools for my last two spots. Oregon is one of those schools. If they decide to give me an offer, chances are that they will get a visit. I like everything about them as a program and I love the area, the weather, the campus and the coaches there. Time to wait and see. They can’t wait too long though because I have to make my move sooner than later.”
For now, the smooth talking, ultra-skilled wide receiver will have to wait and see if the Duck’s staff does decide to offer him. We will continue to follow up with Kenny and monitor the situation. If he does get an offer and the decision to visit comes soon after, Duck Territory will be there to let you know how it goes down.
Edit: Kenny text me with a couple items last night after I had turned in the article. The most important one being that he received an offer immediately after we spoke. He assured me that he really likes Coach Neal and hopes to make a visit sometime during the season.

Re: Ducks offer 4* WR
Tony, this is very well written. I've enjoyed reading everything your team has put up. If this type of info and solid writing doesn't make you want to sign up for the service I don't know what it would take.
The only downside for me is that this is a tough time financially and am trying to stick as close to budget as possible. Hopefully things will turn around quickly so I can subscribe.
Thanks again for putting this up.

Sure thing, with Steve Tannen and Brett Williams coming on board this week, it'll only get better. It's all good, I know all about the economy. It sucks out there right now. I'll still post some stuff around here though like free articles.
