2013 Draft Watch

Post by jibbajabba614 »

Talks around the league say Georgia Tech Senior Derrick Favors and Kentucky Sophomore Anthony Davis are the top two players in college. Scouts also say the two high school phenoms Andrew Wiggins and Jabari Parker could actually be better than either of the college big men.

So far only Austin Rivers, Marcus Smart and Shabazz Muhammad have declared for the 2013 DASL draft. Word around Kentucky is Anthony Davis may want to fully develop his game like Shaq before making any decision. But scouts feel risking an injury could persuade him.

Crazy if Davis stays another year but he should come out extremely polished.

Shabazz and Rivers were such beasts in high school. Would be cool if they were good scorers in DASL

The idea behind that was to make sure he came out as a day one lock for the Hall of Fame. Surprised how stingy the game's HOF has been.

Some players probably didn't have enough years logged to be in hall of fame despite being some of the best players in the league
